Prestige Watch Brothers offers free express shipping on all domestic orders via FedEx and USPS.
All orders come with a free gift box.
Prestige Watch Brothers ships internationally with a flat rate of $150.
Watches, Custom & Special Orders Policy Watches, custom, and made to order items are non refundable; this includes engravings and size modified orders.
Custom orders require a deposit of $500 to begin the design process.
Since custom orders are uniquely made pieces to the specifications of the buyer, they are not eligible for exchange or return.
All packages are fully insured up to full value of merchandise purchased.
Prestige Watch Brothers provides trade-in services. Restrictions may apply depending on the condition and value of the product. Contact us for more information.
The customer may request exchange or refund up to 14 business days after the date of purchase, along with the original receipt, and no evidence of wear.

Prestige Watch Brothers does not replace or refund products subjected to excessive wear, physical damage, abuse or any other evidence of wear.
Upon acceptance of delivery, insurance and protection of merchandise becomes the sole responsibility of the customer.
